You can say that all day long but it has to be backed up on the field, not on a message board. Looking forward to seeing SK play though, they sound very solid.

First, congratulations to the Scott Eagles. They played very well last night and have a good football team. I was impressed with the size they have on the line. While last night wasn't a good game to judge them (the Eagle line) on as the Dixie line is still young and inexperienced, I can see them pushing around a lot of other teams. Now, this Dixie team is vastly different from last year's team (as many knew would be the case). The line needs to do a better job holding their blocks and picking up assignments. Faeth had pressure in his face every time he received the ball. Not much the young man could do. And the same goes for the RBs. They had very little time or space to do anything. Some decent runs but not too many. The identity of this team cannot be the same as last year's team. The personnel do not match the scheme. On defense, the team missed way too many assignments and tackles. There was occasional pressure on Scott but not near enough. All in all, while the score was not expected, the result could be seen beforehand. This Dixie team has to get back to fundamentals to be competitive. The good news is, they have plenty of time to do so.

I've bolded the ones I think they win and underlined the one I think could go either way. I seem them 2-3 or 3-2 in this stretch.

I take Cooper based on results from last week (I know, not a good way to do it but that's all I have at this point). I did see Cooper last year and know that majority of their players have another year of experience under their belt. Plus I think Cooper is the best team in the area this year.

I look forward to a good game on Friday night. I haven't seen either team in any preseason work so I can't make any prediction other than I'll be rooting for my red Colonels!

I never read the proposal, but from what I've heard from those who have, it was a very well done proposal and make a legitimate case for classes in baseball. And made practical sense in how to do so.

My prediction: If SK wins we'll hear all about how beast SK is because they beat the 7th best Lexington team. If Station wins, we'll hear how it's early in the season and that these games don't matter.

That's sad then because I'm a Dixie fan and I've heard of his son. If you attended games like you say you do, you would know who his son is too.

No, HHS is 6-0 against Beechwood. That list is posted from the view of HHS, not the opponents.

Appreciate the review CWB but no way that HHS can be ranked in front of Cooper at this point.

If SK held CAL to 78 yards passing, the talk would be how good their defense is. But because SK couldn't stop the CAL passing game, it's now about how good the QB is. Never is it that SK may not be that solid.
