  1. They do have some nice players....
  2. #1 I believe that is Courtney Hurst. Plays AAU for Shining Star. Not sure about #14. They have a very nice 6th grade girls team. I think that 3 or 4 of the starting 5 play for Shining Star.
  3. Does this really surprise anyone??
  4. Tanner Moeves played but was hurt in the Boone Co. game. He has a broken nose and this game was the first with the "MASK". You could tell that he struggled with it a bit.
  5. Congrats to Jenalee Ginn on signing with Morehead State today. What a couple of days this young lady has had. Tuesday break the all time hit record for the state of KY and Wednesday sign with Morehead State. Congrats Jenalee on all of your accomplishments. :thumb:
  6. Congrats to Shawn. Great guy and Great Family. :thumb:
  7. None of the teams 9-12 competed at 5/3rd Arena due to the new NCAA rule. Was great for all the younger kids that got to play in the Arena Good tournament..Terrible Officiating as is the case everywhere you go. These guys ref too many games and by Saturday night and Sunday you can not get them to blow the whistle. :idunno:
  8. John Jones at Gallatin County would be in my top 5. He just flat out wins.
  9. It certainly looked like Trimble County.
  10. Are you serious??? Apparently you do not know anything about basketball. I find it comical, but yet also sad, that you would make a post like this.
  11. Congratulations to the Walton-Verona LadyCats! Coach Clinkenbeard and his staff has done an outstanding job this year.
  12. Owen's coach called the timeout.
  13. There were only 8 seconds left in the game when the time out was called. Owen was down 3 at that point and WV was getting ready to shoot two free throws after there was a foul called, so I think the game was about out of reach at that point anyway. Both teams played hard. Congrats to Owen on an excellent season. Good luck to the Bearcats today vs. South Oldham.
  14. Don't know what it is but the schools that always bring a good crowd are Walton, Owen, Gallatin and Simon Kenton. Simon Kenton can be hit or miss at times!! Come tournament time i want all 4 of those teams there because i know that my gate $ will be huge. :thumb:
  15. ihigh.com will have the action. Good luck to both teams. Should be a good one.
  16. Complaining about it from both sides here not just one. I never said one side or the other. YOU made that assumption. All i said was that the officiating was bad......and it was.
  17. Game was not called tight that is for sure. They let em play.
  18. Congrats to the Ladycats. Both teams shot poorly from the floor. Tons of missed layups. This was in part due to the fact that every time someone was getting hammered! Still, you have to finish at the rim even with some contact. Good luck to the Ladycats on Friday against Owen. Officiating was very poor. :puke:
