Coach French is absolutely a CLASS act. French and his entire staff are great coaches. And the young men seem to enjoy playing for them. They may or may not be 4th or 5th in the state but you can be sure he will have them ready come friday night. This quote came directly from the locker room. Before French "do we have to practice today" After the arrival of French "WE GET TO PRACTICE TODAY" Nothing like fire works in Danville on a friday night.

I was at the Pulaski game and no juniors were there, only freshman and sophmores. It was a pretty sloppy game with lots of personnal fouls. This sophmore class is the same group that beat Trinity as well as LeX. Cath. last year.

Have you seen the new Black jersey's?:D

It's pretty amazing to watch a program change from year to year. The Rebel program has done a complete about face from the 07 season. Coach French has made and continues to make a difference in the young men he and his staff coaches. We are very lucky (Blessed) to have landed such a role model for our kids. We love our French at Boyle. I also like the helmet decal change Did anyone like the white on white uniforms the Rebels used at HC? :dancingpa

Should be a great battle on the turf. Rest assured coach French and staff will have the Rebels well prepared.

I have never represented myself as a football coach. However I do love a good high school game. As a HUGE rebel fan,:dancingpa it sure was refreshing to see a well oiled team at work. Well worth the drive and the hot wearther conditions.A HUGE congratulations to coach French and his entire staff. Looking forward to Friday night. GO REBELS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow what a game far closer than one would have thought.

Is it over

Thanks Very much Rebel. Are you going to Bowling green tomorrow?

I'm at work with no radio. I tried to find the stream but only found the news. Can anyone help? Thanks

What a way to start the season. Phillip Mason looked really well. We stumbled a little with Boone at QB. However we must remember he is still adjusting to the Rebel system. The Boyle line was way outsized. but it seemed to me that Boyles speed really bothered Madison Central. Also for those who left early the JV team looked pretty sharp also. They took the open drive for a touchdown. Then the defensive stopped MC. It seemed to me that Boyle played more as a cohesive unit. Thanks for the Warren Central game change info.

May Treavor and his mom find peace within GODS GRACE. You will be kept in the thoughts and prayers from REBEL country.

We were one of the families that were tailgating the evening in question. We were app. 100 yds from the practice field. Just some excited friends and family ready for another REBEL season to begin. We probably talked more among ourselves that we paid attention to practice. When it comes to REBEL football we get excited.

They are at JAYBEZ they will return tomorrow 8-3-08 at 1400

From watching practice from the parking lot of the elementary school. Mason also looks very good

Has anyone heard any results as to how Boyle did at UT.

Was Boone just there, or Was He Participating? If So, How Did He Look?

Any thoughts as to why Leonard Macon would not enroll back in the Danville school system?

With Coach French at the helm, the Rebels will be a entirely different team this year. Word from the locker room is and I quote instead of we have to practice again today.... we get to practice today. Coach Hester has also worked them very hard in the weight room this off season and it really shows as they are bigger, stronger and faster. The same group of freshman (that had a GREAT season in 07 7-1) will return and contribute immediately. Football excitment has returned to Boyle.

Does anyone have info about the replacement for Coach Brown

Well said Rebel

Anyone know why coach French is unhappy at Lincoln

To put this to rest, Smith actually volunteered to be on the Interview committee. He therefore would not be an applicant.

Last Year's Eighth Grade Team (Who Are Freshman This Year,) took less than 20 kids to Louisville Butler HS and Beat Trinity, and also went to Lex. Cath and beat them at there place.
