Bad week for SK football. Frosh lose 41-0 against Highlands Thursday night and the Varsity lays an egg against Beechwood.

They are all SR's except for Nussbaum and Erdman who are both JR's.....The Davis (QB) kid is also a SR !!!

I think I spotted #1UKFan at Kroger bakery this morning ordering a crow pie.

So if they are down, they're down. Period. Not everyone gets a trophy. To get blanked by a 1A school is not good no matter how you try to justify it.

 

The way I look at it is that one team is usually better than the other; size of school doesn't matter always unless you are playing the likes of Trinity, St. X, etc. It was obvious who the better team was in this game and I'm sure this will happen with plenty of others.

I agree. Every high school and college team rebuilds ever year. No excuse for a top ten 6A team to lose like this.

Bowling had 10 tackles, mostly in pursuit from the back side. BW chose to double team him and only ran 6 plays to his side. Swanson was also double teamed on the offensive side, proving that BW continues to do fantastic job of scouting. Irregardless, SK has to find a post Chad identity. BW by far the better team.

Talked to a guy. He told me SK RB and QB are diminutive in stature, and were being tossed around like rag dolls all night.

^Kuntz is on the thin side but Powell is small in height but pretty put together. I believe he's 300 bench, 500 squat guy.

This score really doesnt surprise me much and I doubt that it surprised Rash much either.
