I am by no means trying to defend anyone in the Bengals organization, but from what I understand, Katie is the reason why Corey Dillon stuck around for longer than he did. I can also say that is the only instance of Katie being involved with anything specific in the front office.

I hope this turns out to be true, especially for Palmer's sake!! If so, it looks like someone with some credibility, finally has the nerve to stand up and speak out about the laughable way this franchise is being run!! While he certainly didn't have the best of years in 2010, there would be multiple opportunities for CP elsewhere; including several on the West coast (Virtually anyone but San Diego). How about Minnesota--They're only a good QB away from being a serious contender?

 

I will guarantee one thing to all those who are wishing to show Palmer the door--WHOEVER Mikey finds to "replace" him, will be a downgrade, and probably a large downgrade. I give CP credit for not spouting off and defending himself, as I would bet that much of the issues he had this year were receiver and offensive play calling related. Hope he tells it like it is, because the sheep obviously will continue to support Mikey, and line his family's pockets with $$'s!!

I don't know why everybody is sleeping on Dan LeFevour. I would like to see the Bengals give him a shot next year, and if it doesn't work out then they will probably be in a solid position to get a QB in 2012.. i.e. Andrew Luck.

 

Even Andrew Luck would be a dismal failure running Bobby Brat's plays, plus Luck's a Stanford boy; and would be smart enough to pull a holdout ploy, before coming to this black hole of a franchise.
