January 6, 201115 yr Take the money and run. You go to college to put yourself in the best position possible by enhancing your qualifications. His qualifications are at an all time high. Maybe he can maintain it, but he has nowhere to go but down. I bet Jake Locker wishes he could take a mulligan. Maybe the NFL lockout will deter some from entering.

January 6, 201115 yr Like Bradford? Oh Wait... Or Matt Leinart? I am sure Bradford would be the first to admit it was a HUGE gamble. And one he probably regretted after going down early last season. Luckily for him the QBs in this last class sucked, and the Rams had to draft a QB. It really did not effect Bradford much because he never played.

January 6, 201115 yr I also admire the kids decision. Joe Montana stayed and worked out OK for him. I asked this before, besides Brady/Big Ben/ Dan Marino name some sucessfull QBs who starred as a rookie.
