I just spoke with Fox Sports Ohio's corporate office. According to FSO, Highlands at Ryle will be broadcast in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market at 7:00 pm tonight (6:30 pm pregame show) and rebroadcast tomorrow at 12:00 pm. The Insight guide is incorrect. Bluejackets hockey will be shown in the Columbus market for Fox Sports Ohio.

With threads like "who's gonna be at the game" and "game in question", this T.V. event has taken on a circus like atmosphere. It's quite humorous. And Ryche, FYI, sixers and tykes will get human services called on you....:thumb:

I have cheered for and watched Highlands plenty of times.

IMO the game being televised could actually help Ryle. The reason I say this is because I have heard that they have been getting tired in the second half of some games. With the TV timeouts it could provide them extra rest.

 

I don't believe there are TV timeouts in a high school game; if there are, they are minimal and not like the NFL or NCAA.

Just checked fox sports ohio and Bluejackets hockey has been replaced by "to be announced". Maybe we'll have Bluebirds in Western KY. after all! Don't think I'll be the only one watching from BG tonight if you know what I mean.

Trying to get that Western feed cut may be what caused the power outage at Ryle.

Last year when Ryle played SK on Foxsports there was TV timeouts.

Would it be fair to say this is the biggest game in Ryles Football history? A great challenge for two quality programs.Go Birds!
