Fort Thomas Definition per Urban Dictionary

Featured Replies

Is there anyone in Ft. Thomas that is truly upset with that description? I think not.

I'm not. This was all tongue in cheek and I find to play on stereotypes pretty well. This was well done. For those that have lived in Ft. Thomas their whole lives and find this as bogus, this is a pretty good description of how people from Newport, Bellevue, Dayton, and Woodlawn look at Ft. Thomas.

Okay I will play...

One of my all time favorites was last year during a FTJFL game I heard a parent yell from the stands...."South Side Strong Side".

2 county fairs and 3 donkey meetings and I have never heard anything like that....

Ugh :confused::confused: They forgot the part..."Home of the Mythical State Champs":laugh::laugh::laugh:

Not me....My description of the town has that in it....:thumb:

There are way too many people who honestly believe that garbage.
OK, maybe the south siders who don't like the insinuation that perhaps a few liberals live there, but surely not anyone else.
Or the insinuation that we live in the ghetto.

Relax, I chose to move right down the street from the "ghetto." It's just a joke. I don't want to know what the Urban Dictionary says about Newport.

Man, sounds like my mom left that crazy town just in time. Teenagers thinking they're thugs had me ROFLing though. Classic.

Characture escapes you, doesn't it?

Our grade school was a block up from Monmouth St. during the 80's. We got to see a lot of fun people walk by during recess. The shirt off thing is right on.

Newport, put your shirt on.

My guitar case is adorned with a bumper sticker that says, "PUT YOUR SHIRT ON COVINGTON". I think you could walk along route 8 from Bromley to Dayton and it would apply to everywhere you travel.
