July 25, 201016 yr I would love it, if the Bengals sign him. Just more talent and competition at training camp. I can't wait for football season! Not to mention it will be nice to actually talk about them. I have had to stay out of the Reds thread, because the first few weeks I posted in them and they didn't do so well. So I have stayed out of them, since they started doing well after that haha.
July 25, 201016 yr Schefter says TO has been working out with Carson Palmer and that Palmer is very impressed. He's usually pretty reliable. I turst his reporting more than anybody in the NFL on this kind of stuff. TO, Bryant, CJ....WOW! That is a talented bunch of head cases. With Gresham that is definatly the physical tools to play with anybody in the NFL from the skill spots.
July 25, 201016 yr This is getting me even more excited. I wanted TO over Bryant to begin with. If they get both I will be quite happy.
July 25, 201016 yr Really they didn't evaulaute Bryant before giving him all that money? If thats the case I just dont understand that either.
July 25, 201016 yr If Bryant is healthy enough to play, Chad, TO, and him would be about as good as trio in the league as you could get, that is if they play anywhere close to their potential. TO and Bryant are both guys who can go over the middle and play in the slot, although I think Bryant would be best suited for this with TO opposite of Chad on the outside. With a healthy Carson Palmer, this could be the new four horseman/ air raid. Personally I'm getting pumped for what my Boys' are putting out there. Roy Williams has been working hard as ever, and if Miles Austin can keep building off of last seasons success, those two with Dez Bryant can be a potent combination because of the diversity in their games. That's not even mentioning Jason Witten. With Felix Jones catching passes out of the backfield. Yep the Cowboys are already making the Bengals look bad they started training camp Saturday while Bengals start this Thrusday. Cowboys will probaly make the Bengals look like the Bungels not good! Thank goodness I am a Cowboy fan!
July 26, 201016 yr I do not like TO at all but he did calm down with a bad team in Buffalo last year. TO is great at blocking for a WR so I think it would be a good move with the Bengals ground game.
July 26, 201016 yr The thing that's most concerning to me is that if the Bengals are even considering TO, then something is wrong with AB's knee. Remember this is the same medical staff that said Braham had a knee bruise that was actually a break. If AB isn't healthy it won't bode well for their dreadful passing game.
July 26, 201016 yr My prediction for T.O. if he goes to Cincinnati: -1 season, 8-8 record, no playoffs, everybody saying good riddance in January (but meaning it in about October)
July 26, 201016 yr Mike Brown says it's up to T.O. if he wants to sign with the Bengals. http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20100726/SPT02/307260072/Mike-Brown-weighs-in-on-T-O-
July 26, 201016 yr Maybe the Bengals can get into a bidding war with themselves. I like TO, but he is out of options. Nice to see for him and his agent Drew Rosenhaus. That game has played out..........
July 26, 201016 yr Apparently the Rams dropped out because of Owens desire to play with Chad and Carson. Hopefully the Bengals get it done today or tomorrow so he can report to camp come Thursday.
July 26, 201016 yr My prediction for T.O. if he goes to Cincinnati: -1 season, 8-8 record, no playoffs, everybody saying good riddance in January (but meaning it in about October) What would your prediction be if he wasn't on the team? T.O. can only help the offense. If you're going to have 11 idiots on the team why not have 12?
