Good post. I think Madden from CovCath was very elusive.

 

Those are all boys from NKYFL. Where's all of the Boone Co. RB's...besides shaun of course.

 

IMHO, Miles is a better back than all of those listed. He probably did not play for as good as a team as Frisk or Madden either. As much as SK fans and SKfan36 would not care to agree or admit, it is truly hard to compare. Both teams had good qb's as well.

It's obvious that you haven't seen Kelly play. He's very good on both sides of the ball, and that's without any rest.

Lawrence is a special player. But the best o-line in the state graduated, i just dont see SK running too much this year. I think that they have a solid 4 or 5 receivers that can get it done. So look for Sk to be more of an aerial attack team, rather than their normal run-balanced offense

D.J. Slater from Bellevue is one to watch for big kid about 6'1 210 and will carry the load for Bellevue. The backs there generally put up a lot of yards and I think he will continue the trend.

Then some people need to watch other teams play before they make comments or statements that are false. Facts are facts and the Birds had 2 all state lineman. When SK does something or plays someone in the regular season then I might listen, until then..:puke:

Then we would not be talking about top Rb's in NKY now would we? HHS fans know that a lot of our success is based on the line of scrimmage and the coaching they receive. Those boys are athletes and they learn technique and skill and of course do not get mentioned like the skilled positions, but we as fans know where our bread is buttered! SK had a very fine line as well last year....SKFanatic gets people in an uproar and Pioneerfever should be proud of their accomplishments last year.

 

To be fair go back and read my posts and Raiderbird posts about Ryle earlier in the couple of threads running and you will see we anticipate and respect the upcoming season. Ryle is going to be very good, but don't start attacking the HHS program and fans as arrogant. We are proud of our BIGS and they should be mentioned as well. Now if SK wants to talk about our facilities we might not have a pony in that race; but our line certainly should be mentioned as one of the best.:thumb:

I think Oppenheimer will have a pretty good year and could be in the running for top rb in NKY.
