You know, it's not touted as such, but is this in the same vein as Edmonson County's 1976 win in that it justifies One State, One Champ? They're about 1150 students shy of Ballard, but here we are.

Mea culpa Shelby Valley and SV fans. I doubted, I really did. I didn't see this. You denied destiny!

Final

Wooooooo!! Congrats to Shelby Valley!

I graduated from East Ridge and hated you once upon a time, but you've represented the mountains well, and we couldn't be more proud of you!

One of the most prestigious titles in all of prep sports.

Congratulations Wildcats!!!!!!!!

:dancingpa:

15th region represents!! Way to go Valley!!!

I said earlier that I had a good feeling about Shelby Valley in this game. I would think Justice would have to have a great case for Mr. Basketball.

Congrats to Shelby Valley!! This is for all the basketball "experts" who said Ballard would win by as much as they wanted to! LOL

Shelby Valley gets to be the first one that truly gets to answer this question:

Are you really going to celebrate the All "A" title the way you'll celebrate this one?

Congratulations to Shelby Valley. What a great way to end the Justice era!

Congrats to the Wildcats.

Proof basketball is more than how high you can jump. Ballard outplayed in every way. Congrats SV.

Congrats to Shelby Valley!! This is for all the basketball "experts" who said Ballard would win by as much as they wanted to! LOL

Good call William Wallace. Freeeeeeeeedddooooommmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!

Congrats SV!!!

This is a perfect example of why there should NEVER be a class system in Kentucky, what an awesome story. :thumb:

Holy crap, what a terrible song for the montage. I just rewinded to watch it, and this sounds GAWDAWFUL.

I'm also disappointed if that was the only montage, which was just finals. I always enjoyed watching the entire tourney montage.

Impressive win by SV, it's always nice to see the little guy winning it all.
