Just wanted to tip my hat to the Holmes Bulldogs for a remarkable run. Great job representing NKY over the past 4 years. I know that many of these young men will have bright futures. Coach Henley is 100% class and deserves much credit for all of the great accomplishments at Holmes. Best wishes to every senior from Holmes. The disappointment will not last long because you can't keep a champion down!

Very well said! Boy have I enjoyed watching them over the last three years with Pittman's big dunks, and how he always makes it exciting. Also, love watching the Johnson brothers because of how they play the game. They play it how it is supposed to be played and are some of the few players that still have a mid range game. I know that there were other plays on the teams the past years but I wanted to individually thank these three because of how much I have enjoyed watching them play.

Me and Spikes have really enjoyed keeping up with Holmes the last 4 years. I was hoping to see them at the State tourney but they've had a great run either way.

As a Holmes grad I am proud of what these boys have done, bringing some positive stories to the school and finally not hearing any more stories of it being a "bad school".

They have definately made it fun. They played three years in NKY with a huge target on their back. I wish them all luck in their future endeavors.

Do not forget Arez Henderson, he was the heart of the team that got beat in the state championship. He was an excellent defender that could jump out of the gym.

Arez is my favorite Bulldog player from the run. He was a shut down defender. Great rebounder. Could handle the ball, drive to the hoop, shoot from the outside, was a great passer and a coach on the floor.

Exactly. I am a big Henley fan but this is what was missing today.

This group has to rate right up there with the CovCath teams of the late 60's, the NewCath teams of the early 70's and the Holmes teams of the late 70's. They have accomplised something that none of those groups was able to do and have the ring to show for it.

Best of luck to these boy's been watching them for many years AAU and high school been a joy.
