February 14, 201016 yr No standard geographical area claims Mason County. Not NKY, not EKY, not the Bluegrass. When I took geography many, many moons ago, I was told that the Commonwealth was comprised of seven distinct geographical regions. In no particular order, they are The Bluegrass, The Knobs (sometimes included as part of The Bluegrass), The Eastern Mountains, The Jackson Purchase, The Western Kentucky Coalfields, The Pennyrile (Pennyroyal to some), and Mason County. At least you got a mention as one of the areas. They didn't include NKY on the list, because they didn't even consider us part of the state at all!

Thank goodness for the Marge Schoot Athethlic Building at CovCath. If there is school and I highly doubt there will be on Monday/Tuesday they can hit, and throw inside.

I fell asleep as the team drove down and back but gee, I didn't think it took four weeks to get to Mason County and back to play our game Saturday night! :confused: Now I will admit, it did seems like two week driving back to Park Hills, because as soon as we crossed into Campbell County, a Campbell County Police Car kept everybody doing 55 miles an hour until we reached the I:275 It made for a much, much longer drive through Campbell County.

"They loved him up and turned him into a horny toad." Nothing here yet, but if past history is any indication, the dogs will want to go out at the weather's worst.
