Sunny side up, or over easy are preferred...scrambled and poached after that. I love eggs.

Does anyone else put sliced hard-boiled eggs on top of spinach? I know a couple of folks from EKY who do this and wondered if it was a regional thing or more universal.

 

I always put hard boiled eggs in my greens.

I saw this at a Bengals tail gate party. Take a zip lock bag, add 2 eggs, meat, veggies and cheese of your choice. Shake it up very good. Let all air out of the bag. Reseal. Place in boiling water for a few minutes until it cooks (you can tell when it starts to get solid. The omelet slides out of the bag perfectly cooked!

I likes 'em over easy, with the yolks runny as hell. Then put 'em on a pile of goetta or corned beef hash and you got yourself a meal for a king.

I'll go out on a limb and say that scrambled will be the most popular choice.

 

I was introduced to "buttered eggs" the first week I was married. Hard-boiled eggs (finely chopped), butter (margarine only in the most desperate of situations) and salt.

 

Buttered eggs (and a grapefruit) for breakfast today. Yummo.

Throw in a slice of fried bologna on that sandwich and that is what I'm talking about lol.

Now you're talking!:notworthy: Where I'm from we call it mountain steak. But make it a thick slice, and fried almost burnt. With melted cheese.

I use to be strictly scrambled, but now I am strictly over-medium.

I could eat eggs everyday,they are so good.

I love them scrambled with melted cheese and McIlhenny's Tabasco sauce . In a sandwich I like them over hard with the yellow solid and some crisp around the white also with McIlhenny 's Tabasco sauce

Scrambled is the only way I eat them.

I'll eat them any way. Prefer over easy with a very runny yolk. The only time I'll eat a hard fried egg is on a sandwich.
