Fried (over hard), with ketchup and either bacon or scrapple in a sandwich.

 

Sliced, hard-boiled eggs add a lot to many a salad.

What is overhard? Is that overeasy well done?

I likes 'em over easy, with the yolks runny as hell. Then put 'em on a pile of goetta or corned beef hash and you got yourself a meal for a king.

Over easy, on a sanwich with fresh Butternut white bread, miracle whip, cheese with a side of milk with Nestles Quik.....mmmmmmmmmm!

 

Throw in a slice of fried bologna on that sandwich and that is what I'm talking about lol.

I actually do. 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites every day during the week then 2 whole 2 whites and 2 pcs of toast on the weekend.

I put "other" because I like scrambled eggs only if there is cheese on top. If no cheese, I'll take over easy over plain scrambled eggs any day.

I didn't see my choice, I prefer them over medium. Used to be an over easy fan until I had a cook actually explain that over easy is raw.

Well, that cook was wrong. Over easy actually requires some heating. Raw is cracking them open into a glass and drinking them like Rocky did.

I answered "over easy" but I like them all and with hot sauce.

Probably should have included that option. Poached is the only way I don't care for my ova.

 

I love eggs. I'll take them any way I can get them. When I make them I fry them, make them over easy, scramble them or sometimes hard boil them.

Does anyone else put sliced hard-boiled eggs on top of spinach? I know a couple of folks from EKY who do this and wondered if it was a regional thing or more universal.
