Sunny side up, on Bisquts with Sausage, Bacon and Fried Bolgna, covered in SOS gravy and some Hasbrowns on the side. Have 911 preset and ready to dial, ROCK ON!

Over easy,then scrambled.

I could eat eggs everyday, they are so good.

:thumb: I do eat them every day, May Grandmother and I. She's almost 90, so the eggs must be doing something right.

I recently had a fried egg over a cheeseburger. Not bad.

What is overhard? Is that overeasy well done?
I'm still wondering the same thing.

Also, isn't "over easy" just "sunnyside up" turned upside-down?

I remember visiting my great-grandparents in Maine for a few days in the late 60s. Step great-grandma would fry an egg in the morning, eat half of it and save the other half for her lunch. Supper the first night for them and our family of four was a can of potatoes and a can of Spam.

I'm pretty sure we ate out every meal after that.
