February 3, 201016 yr Quan Weaver singed with KENTUCKY STATE UNIVERSITY???????? I just left the school and he signed the NLOI. All I can say is what the? WOW...that is a shocker...Coach Buckett how well did Quan recover from his injury in the fall that left him out of action. Any idea if UofL and Strong pulled his scholly after him being hurt last year? Nice pick up for the Thoroughbreds though...good luck to Quan Weaver in his college career

February 3, 201016 yr Louisville losing some steam in regards to commits, hearing they lost Chandler to USF, and Wilson to UCF, both 4 stars. USF Recruits 18 signed so far. Of those, I found only 3 that were not a 3 or 4 star. 4 Star signees... Terrence Mitchell, DB, Tampa, FL/Hillsborough HS Todd Chandler, DT, Miami, FL/Miami Northwestern HS Claude Davis, DE, Lakeland, FL/East Mississippi CC Notable 3 Star signees... Jamius Gunsby, QB, LaGrange, GA /LaGrange HS Jake Kaufman, OL, Jersey City, NJ/St. Peters Prparatory School (6'8" 320lbs.) Tiger Powell, RB, Lake City, FL/Columbia HS - North Just a few years ago, this list would have been predominately 1 and 2 star players with one or two 3 stars mixed in. Considering what's happened since the end of the season, I think Skip pulled off a miracle.

I think he really wanted to go to Nebraska but his mom really wanted him to be closer to home. Still think NU was easily the best choice for him based on coaching alone but he did seem like a great person through out the process and I hope he does well expect for 1 game his junior and senior year.

February 3, 201016 yr According to rivals... Kentucky is at 49 but has passed Louisville who is sitting at 51 now. Ohio State seems surprisingly really far down the list for them at 25.

February 3, 201016 yr According to rivals... Kentucky is at 49 but has passed Louisville who is sitting at 51 now. Ohio State seems surprisingly really far down the list for them at 25. The big recruits are all skill players, didn't hit many home runs on the line, either side of it. Henderson will decide in an hour and that could put them top 15-20 but he may go to USC. The top classes usually have big time skill players and OL/DL. Luckily coming off back to back top 5 classes that had lineman in it. Will have to hit the line hard in 2011.
