Any one else heard this? Correct. He was quoted yesterday as saying he fully expects to sign the LOI. However, that could/will change based on the NCAA ruling.

They offer al of their instate recruits on their junior day and they give them a take it or leave it option unless they are a national recruit. It results in UT owning the state of Texas.

Only Texas could do that. It's one of the many reasons why there is not another job that is close to being at Texas IMO. They could never leave the state and still get as much talent as anyone.

I've followed Dawson for many years. He's good enough to contribute at Notre Dame. He's gonna be a big get in this class for someone. I'd say he ends up at UK (Chuck Smith). I'm pretty sure ND was looking at him well before BK got there.
