Who still reads the newspaper?

Featured Replies

Several a day. Plus, whenever I go on out-of-town trips, I always pick up a copy of the local newspaper where I visit just to see what's news there. .

I actually read the high school sections of the local paper of the town I'm in.

I buy 2 newspapers per day. I bet I haven't gone 10 days total in the last 30 years where I haven't read at least one paper.

Our local paper is awful. We subscribed for a while, but I stopped it last year. I thoroughly enjoy reading the USA Today in the mornings, but my schedule makes it difficult for me to do.

Rarely pick up a paper...sometimes the Sunday Enquirer, if I'm at my dad's that day.

I read the CJ every evening. I will review som stories online but actually like the real thing better.

I'd be surprised if anyone under age 32 reads the newspaper.

I'd guess that everyone else simply reads it online.

That is a shame, but probably true. I read the paper every day. Good thing about reading a paper is that there are articles you would not necessarily read unless it happened to be on the page of something else you were reading. I love paging through the newspaper with my morning cereal. To me, it is much easier to navigate than a web site. Yes, as I am typing this I know I sound old!

We get the Kentucky (Cincinnati) Enquirer daily and my husband reads USA today 4-5 x weekly.

I read the Herald Leader...

I've subscribed to the Herald-Leader for over 20 years. Also read the Cincy Enquirer and Courier Journal online.

I get the paper about 6-6:30 a.m and thats when the dog goes out as well. Tradition I guess.

Used to have it delivered everday. Now we just run out and get one on Sunday. I think they need to look at their printing process. The print now is blurry unless I hold it at arm's length.

Mine too....dang printing process!! :lol::lol:

I read it a few times a week but the CJ has really gone downhill in the last few years.

I start each day by reading the newspaper(I wondered why the print was starting to look a little blurry thanks malachicrunch & TonyDanza for the clarification).

I read on line for the convenience but would rather read it with in my hand. I still read the hard copy as much as possible. Nothing like kicking back in the recliner and reading the paper.

I have magical anti-blurry newspaper goggles. PM me if you need to know where to get them.

BTW, for those of you who only read the paper via computer.....do you take the computer into the bathroom with you???
