That reminds me when we had 1 person vote for Pikeville during Boyle County/Pikeville prediction thread. I think votes should be based on who you really think will win and not favoritism. Maybe I could be swayed into believing Mercer County will win? I'd like to hear why the two voters voted for Mercer County to win. So? :popcorn:

That's rediculous!!!

84-13 is a bit much. I do feel the score could get ugly. We must remember that when Boyle subs, in some positions, they lose very little if anything. Those JV players should be playing very hard looking for some varsity time.

 

Maybe not with Mercer but with anyone when do you pull a player like Rees. Should he be left in to have a big numbers game allowing him to have a chance at Mr. Football. And be accused of running up the score. Or do you pull him or anyone to prevent injury.:confused:

Absolutely. We really need Rees for the playoffs. He needs to stay healthy so take no chances by keeping him in.

Hard to believe that Mercer has fallen this far this fast. I remember a few years ago when Mercer County fans insisted that their title had nothing to do with their team being allowed to play down a class. We saw all kinds of pictures of their facilities and were told how they were a rising dynasty. Since then they are 11-16. So I have to believe they were lucky to be allowed to play down since they've had no success in their own class?
