The Hook 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 The dogs were called off early in this one. The starters got plenty of rest, they should be ready for the District Tuesday.

Play 2 Win Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 It was nice to see Ferg receive a standing ovation from not only the Elliott County fans, but the Russell fans as well. Great accomplishment for him.
Matlock Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Very classy of Russell to recognize him and award him a plaque before the game!
Matlock Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Ferguson with 22, Faulkners 18 apiece, and Timmy Knipp with 16. Elliott had a 30+ lead at halftime and cruised. Russell has some good young talent and will be a solid team in the future. Skaggs nailed some open outside shots and was impressive. Russell's guards just couldn't handle the pressure when Elliott trapped and there were a few strips from the point guard by Ethan Faulkner at midcourt.
PureFan Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Very classy of Russell to recognize him and award him a plaque before the game! :thumb: Awesome!
