Thats just my opinion on how they might turn out after all the politics play out.

I think your list is very close and these names, have an excellent chance of being either 1st/2nd Team. You can include others which are being mentioned in this thread: Ferguson, Jenkins, Guyn, Justice, Penny, Ballou and others.

 

Just goes to show, how talented Kentucky High School basketball is and well done, to the Players and Coaching Staff.

CJ Penny deserves some mention. He's led Anderson Co. to quite a season thus far.

 

I agree, he may be the best of the lot.

Debating politics on who will be voted on is a tough straw to pick. Here's some concrete picks:

Who would he replace on first team? IMO he isn't a better guard than Sanford or Jenkins and can't start at the forward position because of bigger players like Penny, Hood, and Ballou.

I just don't see him as one of the top 5 players in the state.

That team could come compete against small-mid major colleges and be successful.

There's been many say Jenkins is the best and these are knowledgeable coaches.

Or maybe they were telling people what they wanted to hear ...

As far as Sanford ahead of Jenkins, well, if play on the court counts, then Jenkins has the upper hand. Jenkins healthy and against Lex Cath at PRP it wasn't close. Jenkins outshined him across the board.
