How many women are in, I'm not sure with the names ok? I've done this before and lost a lot but have gained so much back.

As best I can tell, there are two.

Weighed myself today at Silverlake.. 225, that'll be the scale I use.

That is going to be awfully tough come that third month...but good luck and I will add you to the list.

That's what I thought as well but I figure if I make it the first couple of months then the money I win from that will be more than enough to offset having to buy a case of Stella. :thumb:

Just a suggestion for those of you who are interested, but if you can find a local MMA/kickboxing/jiu jitsu gym, you will never find as good of a work out as you can get there.

Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu (especially when wearing a gi) will help you burn a ton of calories, plus you are learning how to fight in the process.

I do kickboxing and MMA/JKD for 2.5 hours on Tuesdays/Thursdays, and I do circuit training for around an hour to 1.5 hours on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I also do some open gym sparring/grappling on Fridays/Saturdays for around an hour. I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I have lost a lot of fat that I had before I started doing this.

Where in the heck are you gonna lose 40 pounds from???

Are you serious? I'm hoping it's kind of an even loss.

I'd like to be included, corndog needs to lay off the corndogs if you know what I mean. Im in at about 5'10 230 right now. I want 200 at least.

If I could weigh a built 245 again I'd be happy. That'll be my goal.

Count me in!

You've put on some pounds since you've been in college, the same thing happened to me. What was your playing weight when you were at BC? I'm going to guess you were in the 190 range.

Yeah, tell me about it. I don't exactly remember but I was definitely between 190-200 during my senior year. Three sports year-round was nice in high school, after I cut that out and began eating late at night combined with drinking things went down hill from there. Stinks a little, but oh well.

If I was in the weight gain bracket it wouldn't even be close.:jump:

I played two sports in HS, and hovered around the 190 range, got up to about 215 during my freshman year (soft serve ice cream and nutty buddies for lunch didn't help). After HS I got up to 252, and still have the NKU ID in my wallet, it's grotesque, too much eating LaRosas when I delivered pizza. I've been in the 215 range for about a decade, and if I could get down to 205 I know I would look and feel better.
