I'm the biggest I've ever been at 235.. I need to get back to the 205 range.

Same here. I think I graduated High School around the 200 mark and I'd like to get back in that area. I haven't weighed myself in a while but I imagine I'm somewhere in the 250-260 lb range. I played sports daily and lifted a ton while I was in High School so getting back to the 200 pound mark will be tough.

I graduated HS 8 1/2 years ago at 195, I'm around 203-205. I'm ok with that after all these years, granted I'm not as toned as I was back then :D

What the heck, I'll give it a go...

Ill give it a go but for the weight gain!

Can I do it, but reverse? You know, see how much I can gain over the same time? I'm being serious. Being 6 foot and 150 pounds is not a good thing.

I now have a picture of you in my head that looks like Icabod Crane!

I'll do it. I want to lose 30-40 lbs. I'll have to be "unofficial" though, because I don't have a scale. I'll have to weigh on Monday's at work, when the Sales Office is open. Those girls have a scale in their bathroom up there.

I am not going to step on the scale until New Year's Day, but I am probably sitting at 240 and would like to get down to 205 or 210.

You've put on some pounds since you've been in college, the same thing happened to me. What was your playing weight when you were at BC? I'm going to guess you were in the 190 range.

I thought you were going to say, "when the shipping office opened."

I was 188 in my "playing days" and am now up to about 225. I'd like to lose about 10 pounds or so. I just busted out the ole weights downstairs and worked out for the 1st time in a long time.

I don't care too much about my weight, but would like to lose this beer belly I've got. Weight is just a number...

I'm 5'7" and 153 lbs. I don't need to lose anyweight. I would like to add muscle/strength and stay around the 155-160 range. I'm not looking to enter in the contest though. Good luck to those who are participating. I hope you all do it the right way and take care of your body. Eat right and exercise, and you are guaranteed to lose weight.
