Florida

TT

Alabama

Florida and TT are very close in my book. I'd love to see that NC game.

Florida has been playing great, but Texas Tech beating Texas, then killing OK. State puts them as the best in my book.

Has TT played a defense like UF's yet? IMO Florida is the best.. Thier offense is dynamic, thier defense is fast and hard hitting, and they have way more many play makers than TT.

As of right now its Florida. They have beaten three solid teams in a row by 40+ drumings. Not even TT has done anything close to that.

I'd say it's a three horse race between Florida, TT, and Alabama but I have to go with the Gators.

Texas Tech IMO doesn't have the defense and will end up losing to either Oklahoma or in the Big 12 Championship.

Alabama still has a few holes which have showed in close wins against LSU and UK and will struggle to stop a good passing team.

Florida seems to be the most complete team both offensively and defensively.

This one is a tough question right now. I would say Bama, Texas, TTU, Oklahoma, Florida and USC could all make decent arguments depending on how games in the next couple of weeks come out.

I think that Oklahoma will beat TTU next Saturday. Should that happen then imo it throws Texas back into th NC game picture in a big way vs. the SEC winner (Bama or Fla.). Should Bama and/or Fla. mess up then USC is back in very good shape. Bama is a young team but Saban imo them playing the kind of football it takes to win a championship and I think they will beat Florida in the SEC title game. Very strong defense and a good running game. People may not like it but that does not change the fact that it WINS football games.

If I had to guess right now on how imo tings will play out I will go with Texas vs. Bama in the NC game.

Who knows? All of them may still get beat once or twice and then watch it really get crazy! College football, ya gotta love it!

The two hottest teams in the nation are Florida and Texas Tech.

I think they are about equal right now. This SHOULD be the National Championship game but you never know what might happen....

Out of the 3 I say Tech has the best offense, Bama has the best D and UF has the best team

TT still has Oklahoma, and Florida and Alabama still play each other as well. It should be more clear in a few weeks.

As of right now I'd say it's gotta be Florida, I think the game they lost this season was just them not being focused and prepared, and the other team wanting it more than they did that day.

Entire year = Texas

Right now = Florida

I think Florida is probably the best team, but I was a little shocked that there was very little mention of USC!

I agree. UF is playing as well or better than anyone right now. TT is right there, but as good as the Big 12 is, ... their defenses don't look as good. It is hard to tell if this is a product of great offenses or not so great defenses. I think UF and TT are the 2 best right now.
