Then you are a paragon. In everyday life, I feel very uncomfortable around people whom I know are actively cheating on their wives.

Fair enough. But certainly you would concede that the majority of America, who does want to marry or have kids, might feel uncomfotable being around a wife-cheater?

It is amazing how predictable it is that liberals will argue that Bill Clinton's problems were all about sex. Bill Clinton's problems stemmed from the fact that he attempted to deny Paula Jones a fair trial by lying under oath. Bill Clinton did not get impeached for carrying on an affair with a young intern in the Oval Office.

 

How one feels about adultery is irrelevant. In our system, witnesses do not have the right to decide what is and what is not a court's business in a civil suit.

 

Clinton is lucky that one of his victims (e.g., Kathleen Willey) did not press criminal charges, which would have given Clinton the opportunity to exercise his Fifth Amendment rights.

And, of course, I'm sure that you've done ample research to arrive at that considered conclusion, or (more likely) you are merely spouting fatuous drivel to see if it gets a rise out of one us. It doesn't. I prefer reasoned debate, such as that typically made by 02Ram54 or halfback20, to brainless visceral attack.

 

I have no personal issues with infidelity, smut, or homosexuality. I do condemn them all as destructive behavior.

 

And, had I been "buddies" with Wild Bill at the time he was actively cheating on his wife, I would have not considered him a likeable guy.

Either you intended it for me, or you grossly overgeneralized, which, I have noticed is a generally a common characteristic of liberals and behavior-apologists.

Anytime I hear people that are extremely boisterous about men who cheat on their wives, look at pornography(Swaggart), or condemn the gay lifestyle, you can just about take it to the bank that they have issues in their own lives with infidelity, smut, or homosexuality(preacher Ted). Be careful how loudly ye protest b/c yu may just give away your own dirty secrets.

 

Nope. Unlike others I can admit that I struggle with sin of lust too much for my own comfort in my life.

 

In fact, I would guess that most men do in this culture that we have in this country. You can't watch television or read a magazine without a half-naked women appearing in front of me. I struggle with it.

 

That does NOT give someone a pass on cheating on their family. THen making them look even more foolish by 1) lying about it; 2) trying to convince everyone that oral sex is not sex and thus, not cheating. Wonder if Hillary thinks he cheated on her?
