He is getting all of this blame laid at his feet, although if UK had beaten either UNC or IU Gillispie would be trumpeted as a hero. Tubby is in a no-win situation with many folks and that is too bad. No win situation? He goes .500 and he is a hero in Minnetonka or where ever he is. Thats his situation, I think it is definetley a good one for him. God will we never hear the end of Tubby Smith. We might as well dredge up Fast Eddie Sutton. Tubby has went to Minnesota and has them off to a 6-1 start w/the same kids that played on the Gophers team that lost 22 games and lost bad most nights last season.
