OK, you guys are freaking me out.:scared: There are many Raceland and Fairview people agreeing all over this thread.

 

:scared: :scared: You are correct and we just can't have that. :lol: I agreed on how Coach Tackett was done and my respect for Coach Tackett alone and that is about it. As I said before, now I will concentrate on what really matters and that is ......Raceland Rams Football!!!

Ok guys I heard it straight from the horse’s mouth.

Chad was told he could stay as long as he wanted as football coach at Fairview. He felt like he wasn’t getting the support that he would like from both administrators and fans at Fairview. I think all coaches feel this way at some point in their career. It’s no secret that he has applied for positions at different schools in the past while being at Fairview. Good luck to Chad. Cooksey is the coach and that is it.

For the sake of the players lets get on with some football talk.

Denied $ for equipment & There's the issue of bleachers............

 

How much you wanna bet they get some NEW one's installed now?

 

p.s. I'm relatively sure Mr. Tackett has a degree in counseling.

The bleachers have been in bad shape for @ least the past 10 years. The bleachers failed inspection in 2006, but probably should have been replaced @ least 10 years before. Anyone who visited the football field that actually sat in those bleachers should have seen that for the safety of the fans they needed tore down. Coach Tackett's dad must not have sat in the bleachers when he was on the school board or I'm sure new bleachers would have been purchased then.

 

P.S. Fairview School Board voted to drop football in the 90's. Coach Tackett's dad was on the school board that voted to do away with football @ Fairview. Isn't that bigger than doing away with bleachers?
