July 2, 200719 yr The Joker-Steve Miller Band Margaritiville-buffett Margaritivlle is a fun song, with good enough lyrics. But for my money A Pirate Looks at Forty and Son of a Son of a Sailor are Jimmy B's best work.
July 2, 200719 yr Sandman and O2, Great lists guys! Actually, after seeing some calls for U2 to be added to comprehensive lists, I'd have to add either In the Name of Love, or Where the Streets have no Name to my 80's list. Can't decide which one I like more. I know most people think With or Without You is some kind of modern musical masterpiece, but I've never liked that tune.
July 2, 200719 yr A few that are at least among my finalists: "Bad" by U2 "Redemption Song" by Bob Marley and The Wailers "It's Over" by Roy Orbison

July 2, 200719 yr Molly Hatchet, "Flirtin' With Disaster." To borrow a line from Dodgeball...."I just threw up in my mouth a little". Combine the fact that I don't like most Southern Rock with the fact that this song is the title song on the Playstation II game "Nascar 98" and you get arrrgghhhhh. EVERYTIME I hear that song on the radio, I think "Nascar 98".
