From what I see on KHSAA site, Anthony Knott was 20th in state in yards per game with 138.8 yds per game??

I haven't seen the Cissell kid in person since his freshmen year, but what I have seen from video, he has progressed nicely and is one of the best in the state. Does anyone know what his 40 time is?

Bankamper from Beechwood .Was one of the top backs last year as a sophmore .If he does not break an ankle in the last regular season game B'Wood just may have won another championship. He was surely missed in the game with New Cath. Not to take anything away from them by no means .

To rehash....Tim Phillips will be sick...

...not only JC at Highlands...but if spring ball is any indicator, Zach "attack" Hurtt, son of the Bellevue "legend", will open more than a few eyes this year. He's a darned good running back...for a linebacker! (LOL). Also Clint Crawford will remind HHS fans of the Kremer boyz with his speed and toughness! As usual, HHS won't have the back with the knockout statewide numbers...but if you add up the "committee" numbers they will rank right up with the top of the heap!

Rumor is he has put on about 15 tight pounds since last year without losing any elusiveness, acceleration or speed. He sees the field so well and reads and sets up his blockers - can't really teach that.

Jeremy Thompson from Mason County will make some noise. He has speed and has been working hard in the weightroom. AAA defenses beware!!!!:ylsuper:

David Bird of Trimble Co. leads the state in returning players at over 11 yards per carry. Poynter needs to get him the ball more often. :dancingpa

Shane Israel from Lexington Catholic is one of the best running backs I have seen play in a long time.

james Miller Holmes

I work with his mother and she's all smiles about her son, will he be playing QB again or will he be moved to RB?
