April 30, 200719 yr 214 I've been over 200 three times -- remember all of them. I haven't bowled in a league in about 7 years, but back "in the day" I'd average about 165. I bowl a straight ball, so I don't think I'd ever get much better.
April 30, 200719 yr I had one day where I was just out of my head and rolled a 220. Best I ever rolled before or after was a 201. Haven't bowled in years, however.
January 6, 201016 yr I bowled 227 once when I was in college at EKU back in the early 1970's. I hadn't bowled in years until I tried it again a couple years ago. I bowled around 140 a few times, and a lot lower several more times.
January 6, 201016 yr I went last month and I think the best I got was 160ish. I don't blow very often. Classic. :lol: 254, had a perfect game going into the 8th. A bunch of co-workers gathered around, and as I went for my approach some "dingleberry" in the lane to my left took off like a jet for his approach and my game was done. I've never understood the bowling etiquette. Well, I suppose that I understand it, just don't like it. The pins & arrows don't move...it shouldn't matter that somebody is bowling alongside you. As for my best: 177. This thread has some old timers in it.
