That number is from the school system.  Rumor always was the community support dwarfed that as is in many successful programs.

GRC pays $16,000 according to the published salary schedule.

FYI everyone, this is NOT a post to react to, quote, comment about, etc., it is strictly a FYI for everyone.

BGP is not allowing the terms "portal" or "transfer portal" in the high school forums to describe student-athletes moving schools for whatever reason.  We went back and looked at all the instances of the terms portal or transfer portal being used on BGP and it was almost always a replacement for or loose synonym for recruiting, meaning it is a R4 violation.

The first one I found was Nicholas County, $4,000.

As I expected. The administration didn't learn their lesson from the previous coach.
