It is a forward thinking hire. Someone with big coaching and playing experience but a little inexperienced being a Head Coach.

His 1st,2nd and 3rd tasks are keeping Tyce,Terry and Sears in Mt. Sterling for the coming seasons.

Local paper already running a teaser story making the announcement with more to come in next weeks paper.
