The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow....but I'm not following about why you're asking if it's a two-day meeting, haha.

I'd be shocked if South Warren ever plays below 6A again unless some sort of redistricting occurs in Warren County.

Especially when you consider the fact that two of last year's 32 largest teams are going to be consolidated into one team next year, that would seem to make it even less likely for a current 6A school to drop down to 5A.

Highlands is even less likely to move, as they shrank by 22 males from where they were in the last alignment, continuing a trend you can see in the enrollment numbers for the previous alignment.

Posted these the other day, but these are boys enrollment numbers only from '24-'25 reports . Middle 4 rows are, from L-R ('28, '27, '26 and the graduated '25), then rank in order (smallest to largest), followed by the boys total. 

** 32 in both Class A and 6A- well, 6A I just added Hoptown and Christian County, didn't combine them into just one for the new consolidation

Using those numbers would have a minimal effect on most schools but the impact would be larger at some of the JCPS schools that are magnets for specific subjects. Central High is probably the best example; their enrollment numbers are often about 60/40 girl. If you went total enrollment, they would likely be 4A or 5A instead of 3A.

I can't think of a good reason to do it by total population.  Are they going to return to the doubling of males in an all male school if they did that? Because Trinity is the 54th largest high school, and St. X the 68th by total population, in the 24/25 school enrollments.  Both of those are 5A sizes.
