Which team is #1 in Kentucky, Boyle County or Trinity?

The answer to all of that is T.

Has been dominate. Won title last year. Plays a much tougher schedule. And is only going to get better for the next few years.

T wins by 10+

At the end of the day, no one else has Quisenberry. Ask the #12 team in the nation about him. And Brown is also better than most any offensive player in the state.    There are lots of other th

  • Well that should settle that!

  • How about we settle this by switching games the last game of the season.  Boyle can play Trinity while Frederick Douglass takes on Oldham County!!!

Over the last two years, common opponent scores suggest otherwise. No one on Trinity's schedule is near the caliber of St. Edwards. Trinity has been the flagship program for the last 25 years; there is no doubt about that.

Head to head last year and this year? Boyle handles them.

In your opinion.

Boyle should schedule a home and away game with T.

Unlikely.

The team that Boyle just put a running clock on rushed for 177 yards against Trinity just 10 days ago.  Station can rush for 177 but Boyle can't??  Just don't see the logic.

This year it’s Boyle County by 2 TDs.  Next year, it’s Trinity by 2 TDs.

Yes, I thought that’s what this thread was all about, right?

They have one with St X next year.

Or T should schedule a home and away with Boyle.

I don’t care who St. X plays. T would love to play Boyle.  T plays the toughest schedule in the state year after year. I’m sure they would love to play more in state schools if they could find some takers.

Coach Cobb said he would like to play more in state schools so I'm sure he would be receptive to playing Boyle Co.

Easier said than done.  Goes both ways.

After watching both teams play against Bryan station I'd take Boyle county mainly since Trinity doesn't have an Answer for Quisenberry. Trinity scored 28 vs Bryan station. Boyle Co scored 28 in just the first 1.5 quarters vs Bryan Station.

Same thing with last year after watching how both teams played vs Douglas I'd take Boyle Co back then too.

You might want to ask the Station coach who has the best team. Did Station ask for a running clock against Trinity before half time?  Did Trinity give up any earned first downs in the first half?  If you think Trinity is better just keep dreaming.  I have seen Boyle twice and the Trinity Freddy D game.  I don't really see them as comparable.

Freddy D spotted Trinity two scores by 2 unforced turnovers within the 20 yard line so I am not sure that Trinity is that much better than Douglass.

Boyle tried to schedule Trinity a few years ago and Trinity would do it.  I'm thinking it was one of their down years.
