That’s a valid point. But being hypothetical, no one would be blamed for loses. No one would be ridiculed for vacations and enjoying a week off.

You have to support all sports. Football is / should be the revenue sport that funds other sports. There is nothing going on in Lincoln County on a Friday night, so there needs to be more support to build a football program from the bottom up. 

Yes they did.  He is the president of a local bank.

Coach Ralston has been very supportive with football players at the middle school level. I’ve personally herd him tell the kids during open gym to go play football. 

Any chance they give Bryson Yaden a shot? Played there, teaches and coaches there now. His dad is big in LC school system. 

Why has Tyler Ray's name not been mentioned? Obviously has a winning pedigree. Been apart of an explosive offense at Boyle. Would be a great candidate to consider imo.

I wouldn't be shocked if he applied. He is a great coach and would do a tremendous job at Lincoln Co. If he does or has applied don't be surprised if he is the leading candidate.

I'm not sure if the interest is there from him but he would definitely be a homerun hire in my opinion as well. Would do a great job getting kids out. He's been a HC at the middle school level so he knows the importance of building from the ground up and laying a solid foundation.

Football is a huge money maker at Lincoln.

I noted earlier in this thread that Danville has some position coaches roles open.  Wonder if he'd go there.

I know Tyler Ray was mentioned earlier but Boyle also has two other assistants who might also consider this move. One is Jackson Arnett who has been a head coach before and may consider making that move again. The other is Nick Mills who I believe recently considered the Hazard job which would also mean that he might be ready make the move towards being a head coach. There are what seems to be a lot of semi local options for this position.

If financial, it would be the teacher salary. If not mistaken, it is one of the lowest in the area, state. I'm sure they can find extra money to make up a higher salary for the head coach. (I.e. extended days,)
