I do not see Brandon Smith or Spencer Crutchfield being remotely interested.

I know this thread isn't about GC or Spencer Cruthfield, but the "rumor" is that his best 2 athletes are headed to Mercer next fall. Could  that indicate his interest to return to LC?

I had the wrong name. It's Steve French.  His father is Larry French who has previously coached at both Lincoln and Boyle. That's just a name I've heard mentioned.  No confirmation on interest or application.

Steven has been at Russell Co. the last few years, and helped his dad during his days at Lincoln Co.

You guys have left out Nick Saban, the ghost of Knute Rockne, and various successful youth coaches. Otherwise, the over-inclusive group seems to have captured the likely candidates. 
 

It has been a quiet process but I’d guess we’ll  know something before the end of the month.

I can name some pretty great little league coaches from the 80s, 90s from Lincoln that would be on that list.

Heard that Russell, Cooper and Rogers were interviewed today. Unsure if more interviews are scheduled this week.  Also 2 other applicants withdrew names from process.  Not sure what reason for withdrawal.
