I can promise you one thing, he comes with A TON of baggage

So I’ve heard. Which is usually a dead give away when you start in one youth program, change to another school, and then get shopped around after being at one school for another.

One of the reasons I admire the historical and current success Beechwood has had is that they have done it without a ton of "D1" talent. Attempting to call them out for lack of success at the next lev

Cash needs to do what he thinks is best for him. Hopefully he is happy and gets what he is looking for. I wish him the best whether it is Beechwood, Cov Cath or somewhere else.

The QB “competition” drove at least one of them away.

As someone not in the know, can one of you clarify or PM?  I'm curious as to what you're referring to.

Essentially drove one of the best high school football coaches in the state of KY to retirement and had the basketball coach ready to call it quits mid season. Crazy.

As a non supporter of either school, but kind of a fan of both and their history, I would hate to see New Cath and Beechwood stop playing each other.

Yeah, I wish NCC was better too.

Wow, so that is why.

Now that’s wild.

Obviously Noel retired, but I did hear Goetz was hanging it up this year until they upset Holy Cross, but to hear that both were somewhat effected by one family is nuts.

It’s sad to see what youth sports have become.

In other words, whomever Beechwood names as their next HC, has one headache gone.

Maybe it’s also the reason one coach in Park Hills makes the move a mile or two south to Fort Mitchell.

And I wouldn’t blame him for a second.

Nice pick up for a neighboring team ?

Coach Rash really retired because a backup QB was too much of a headache?

I just find that hard to believe with how much he has accomplished. I'm not sure how old Coach Rash is, but it seemed reasonable that he would retire based on that alone and not based upon other factors. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Quit skipping the obvious answers if you know.

As of the 2022 season NCC had no reason to play Beechwood  (yes I’m sad about facts).
