Mostly small schools.

Crone has Long Island and some D2 schools. Selm has EKU. Rest of them have offers from smaller schools. WR Williams, DL Brophy, RB Lawson, OL Russell and LB Bowling are other guys.

A lot of folks are gonna be really surprised to see just how many GOOD players there are on Beechwoods team now that they will be relied on more. They lost a lot, but have a lot coming back.

Thinking in terms of how last season went and teams returning who they are, which I’m not certain of, my whack at this would go:

1) Ryle.

2) Cov Cath.

3) Beechwood. 

4) Cooper.  

5) Highlands.   

6) Dixie.      

7) Simon Kenton  

8. Conner

9) Campbell County. 

10) Newport Catholic 

I could be totally off, but this would be my current guess.

Don't sleep on Cooper they should be really good with Austin Alexander 6'3 215, Drayden Pavey 6'2 270, Eli White, Jack Honacker, Jake Harmeyer, Cole Henry and Mason Staton on the roster.

Well.......Now that things have settled down apparently with where Robinson is going to be attending this fall, should everyone re-evaluate their Top 10 NKY Preseason predictions???  Or is Highlands still Ranked 5 or 6 in NKY????

Too me it is a coin flip as to which team goes further. Beechwood is the class of northern KY of course, but the HHS Cov Cath decision is close call.

Beechwood is the solid #1, coaching staff motivates and develops. I am tired of hearing SK being the cream of the crop, they seem to always disappoint much like early expectations for Highlands.  I drop by South Kenton feeder practices last season,  numbers appeared way down. That is where the foundation is laid! I just can't bite on Ryle and SK hype, way too much underachieving the past years.

Freshman class coming for Simon Kenton won the big school championship at Twenhofel. South Kenton midgets played in a superbowl last year. SK should be just fine for the years to come.
