      I think there is a pretty wide gulf between the jobs that people connect to Josh and those he actually applies for.  Not saying that is the case here, but he doesn't apply or go after a lot of the job

    The hire is made as in there is a hire and waiting for an announcement? Or the hire is made as in they have offered the position and are awaiting a response?

    Why, because of the speculation here? It’s gone about like it went, but earlier in the year, when Spencer was hired in 2018.
