Some poor defense this half.  Pretty fun first 4 minutes of the half though.  Bunch of lead changes.

51-48 Duke.

Washington needs to get his head out of his rear end.

He isn't comfortable yet.  Understandable.  He is the only freshmen playing significant minutes.  He will get there. Kid can play on both ends.

Some of these guys for UK do different things.  Grady, IMO isn't doing a great deal on defense but Calipari will work on that as best he can.  Ware needs to give points and defense while in.  Just stay positive.

Nothing in the middle and guards throwing up wild shots.  Good way to give the opposing team a chance at a run.

LETS GO

Billas went on and on about how strong a move Keel made to the basket when he drove and scored. Heck, he held his defender off with his left arm, almost a hook, and also walked.

Not in Madison Square garden.

Banchero and Moore being hurt has benefited Duke because UK has no one that can guard Keels, who now has to dominate the ball.

Washington is in over his head right now.

Watching highlights from other games at halftime. Memphis apparently now plays in a YMCA on a multi purpose floor.

Thought that was Boise St’s gym….if not it should be.

Ironically.  Duke seems to have the position less player team that Calipari wants so badly.

No star player again, is my biggest observation.  I thought we had like 5 transfers who could light it up from 3 point land?

Banchero is so good

Fun game to watch until Duke started running ball screens on us every time, Cal has NEVER been able to teach how to defend ball screens

Never.
