Usually just ketchup for me.  

What do you put on your hot dog from the grill?  Or do you just eat it plain?

I'm usually putting it back on the grill. Only hotdogs I like are the ones with chili and cheese aka, coneys.

Mustard, relish, and sometimes sauerkraut. I like them well done with black marks.

I'm a ketchup guy on a traditional hot dog, but if it is a coney, I choose mustard.  There is just something about how the mustard interacts with the chili that I really prefer.

I know people love their ketchup on a hot dog. I don't think I have ever put ketchup on a hot dog. But I am not a ketchup lover. The only two things I put ketchup on are french fries sometimes, not always, and sauerkraut. 

I'm with PP1. Mustard and relish are my go to's on a hot dog, usually mustard only. On a brat or mett I will add horseradish if it is available.

I usually like mine plain off the grill, sometimes wrapped with a slice of cheese.  And with the way I grew up, I still prefer it on a slice of bread instead of a hotdog bun.

Plain or a little ketchup.

Ketchup, mustard and relish. I also like a piece of American cheese on the dog if available.

Yellow mustard, ketchup, and sweet pickle relish.  If I am feeling particularly adventurous, I add some shredded cheddar.

I grew up with hot dogs on bread.  Thought only rich people had special made buns.

We used to get bread from what we called "day old bread place" (Pike St.-Cov).  However it was a heck of a lot older than "day old".

Oh, and the same bread doubled as hamburger buns also.

I have 3 standard hot dogs I stick with.

1. Ketchup only

2. Sauce, mustard and onion

3. Sourkraut and pepperchini peppers

Sweet baby Rays bbq sauce and onion.

Spicy beer mustard. Sourkraut would be good as well but I never have it because everyone else in the house lacks adventure with their taste buds.

I might have to give BBQ sauce a try. That sounds like it could be good. 

I usually don't put anything on them if they are fresh out of the grill but if do it is spicy mustard.
