The largest school districts.  I wonder what happens if any of those  districts will ultimately decide to opt out of playing fall sports?

Because of what Clines kept talking about they are making it easy to actually not follow Option 1 and go with Option 3.

So the guy that says 20 out of the 22 schools he represents says they want Option 1 and he is making it much easier to actually not have Option 1.

You can't make this stuff up it is so bad...
