Maybe in a month when this whole thing calms down, vaccines are given, the spread is controlled, etc; the tournament may proceed. But from what I can see it's not looking good so far. If the KHSAA really wants to do it they will have to do it in a limited environment.

John Hardin last year also finished the regular season, district and region tournament undefeated. Exact same feat.

It was except for one thing last year the season didn’t end with the regional tournament. This year it looks like it has and if so then at end of the basketball season the Ashland Tomcats are 33-0 and undefeated.

As of this morning, the Indiana High School Athletic Association plans to continue its basketball state championship with limited spectators (in line with CDC guidelines).

Link to yesterday's press release: https://ihsaa.org/Portals/0/ihsaa/documents/news%20media/2019-20/031220.Coronavirus.pdf?ver=2020-03-12-161723-773

I was wondering about Indiana last night was talking to the wife about it. Thanks for sharing. I guess with limited spectators probably couldn't get in to watch.

Staff and immediate family only. No bands, cheerleaders, etc.

That was final straw for me to say there is more to the coronavirus than what we know.

Has anybody saw anything about ticket refund yet?

New CDC guidelines says should be no groups over 50 persons for 8 weeks, so not looking good for Sweet 16.

That would be the middle of May. I agree, it’s not looking like champions will be crowned this school year. Sad but under the circumstances unavoidable.

Pretty much ends all HS sports this year. Feel bad for all the seniors.

I’m holding out hope can have a short spring sport season in May but not looking good for that.

I ordered from Ticketmaster a few weeks ago. I’ve received two emails about refunds. The first said 7-14 days, the other said 14-21. I bought with credit card so I’m assuming that money will go back on my card.
