Taylor County / Etown game?

Recommended Posts

The Taylor County player had no, none, zero, chance of stopping Benny Laprade on the dunk. He undercut him at the top of his jump, took his legs out from underneath him. He fell directly on his elbows, wrists and of course his chest. If he doesn't try to break his fall with his hands, arms, he breaks his face. He was inverted. No confirmation on the severity of the injury, however, based on his reaction, leaving in an ambulance etc, the news isn't going to be good for Benny. Let's pray for a quick recovery.

Pettigrew had 33 and 12. Not much to celebrate however.

No, it wasn't viscious, but was definetly uncalled for. If you were playing pick up ball you might be fighting if you were to foul someone from so far behind. The Taylor County kid was upset, and came and apologized to the coach and others around Benny. He did not intend to hurt Benny in my opinion. It was more of a frustration move and it ended up terribly.
