March 31, 20197 yr Hat tip to Auburn. First trip to the Final Four. They made the plays when they had to be made.
March 31, 20197 yr Sadly that was a very impressive win for the Tigers. Have to tip you hats to them.
March 31, 20197 yr Biggest stage, biggest moment, Herro no shows. Tough way to cement his legacy at UK.
March 31, 20197 yr Final congrats to Auburn. The Cats lost this one in the first half when they had them down and let them back in it. Yep the first half was key. UK allowed them to get confidence going at the end of the first half and it carried over the rest of the game. Herro picked a bad game to have an off day. He had some great looks in the first half that could have put it away.
March 31, 20197 yr The free throws are pretty much the stat to circle for Kentucky’s troubles. But beyond that, they were putrid from three, and shot far too many of them. Herro was the reason they got here from two days ago, but he was almost useless today.
March 31, 20197 yr Biggest stage, biggest moment, Herro no shows. Tough way to cement his legacy at UK. He definitely was a no show today. No argument here.
March 31, 20197 yr Author Hard to beat anyone this deep in the tournament when you only have one player show up. Guard play was atrocious today especially on the defensive end. Plus shooting only 24% from 3 (5-21) and 57% from the line (12-21) with two of those being front ends and 14 turnovers giving up 12 offensive rebounds and finally getting overall a good whistle. Probably lucky to just lose by just 6 in overtime.imo
