Hmmm so a top defensive team held the top offensive team in the country to almost 20 points less than their average. I guess it's not as easy to score as some think when playing a top defense.

They lost almost everything from a really good team last year. Obviously they picked up a couple of good transfers but this year speaks to the quality of Chris Beard as a coach. He's from Texas but Tech may have a hard time keeping him if a bigger name comes calling - and you know they will.
