Brilliant pick! In the prediction thread many selected the Tigers, but the truth about how people feel often comes out in the contest picks. I thought it was worth the risk, especially if you are in need of making up some ground.

The real question is, when was the last time a team started the season 1-6 and won state? Honestly I don’t see Trinity do much of anything come playoff time. That’s just my personal opinion though

Just as I predicted. The down cycle has hit T and I’m sure they’ll come back strong. Congrats to X!!

Trinity needs leaders on the field. They have none. They cannot throw the ball downfield. Easy for teams to load the box.

Defense played well. Just always on the field.

Maybe when the walking wounded return.

Unbelievable how different they look than week 1 and 2.

Most shocking thing about this game was Lou Holtz predicting the Tigers winning and they did.

Nothing finer than a weekend kicking the Shamrocks down the muddy road....love it.....Go Tigers!.......well played for the Good Guys!.....Now let’s go ND and kick Stanford’s hind end Saturday night. Needless to say, nothing finer to start a weekend in the ‘Ville than a winning Tiger Tailgate in Caboose #1! 

Great job by Coach Wallace, his staff, and the young men that step onto the field. I saw X play against BG and it looked like a team still trying to find out what works for them, and I’m not saying they’ve reached their peak yet, but they have gotten better each week. They have a strong defense and an offense that’s finding their identity, which I believe the rest of 6A should be put on notice, espeacially the team on Preston Hwy. congratulations to the Tiger faithfull, enjoy it for tonight and tomorrow, but there’s still work to be done. Go Tigers!
