October 19, 20178 yr What a wonderful day for golf. Fortunate to ace #15 at Maysville CC. 138 yards into the wind with a flushed six horn. Even saw it hit 10 feet short of the hole and gently role in. Been 34 years since my previous and 43 years since my first. Since I average about 75 rounds per year, there are obviously thousands and thousands of bad shots in search of the perfect one. Somehow it found me!
October 19, 20178 yr Love that hole, really tricky green, usually plays with a pretty good crosswind. Hearty congrats -- hope I can duplicate your result in Chippeways next June.
October 19, 20178 yr Congratulations! Did you buy the first round? First round? I thought it was all the drinks. We just hung a Guy last week at an outing for about $500 bills when he dropped in an ace. 32 guys in the outing.
October 19, 20178 yr Congrats on the ace!!! The last time I aced a hole was when I aced the Windmill Hole at Old MacDonald's Farm Mini Golf in Pigeon Forge.
October 19, 20178 yr Really happy for you OC!!! Thirty-four year drought is a long time. Am sure it was a special memorable event!!! Congrats!!!
October 19, 20178 yr Congratulations. They’re rare. I’m 63, have been playing golf for 35 years, and have had only two.
October 19, 20178 yr Congratulations. They’re rare. I’m 63, have been playing golf for 35 years, and have had only two. Only two:stop:... I've been playing 30 years (since I was 17) and have never had one. And I spent a good many of those years as a single digit handicap, and I can still roll out of bed a shoot in the low 80's. I'm just of the belief it's never going to happen. I did hole my second shot on a par 5 once. However my first shot went in the water, so it technically was only an Eagle.
