Those sound like "by bus" times while the Lex time you quoted sounded like "by car."

Lexington 4 hours 12 minutes

NKU 5 hours 4 minutes

Corbin 5 hours and 10 minutes.

All of those are mapquest.

You should try "by spindoc's car".

I thought EKU and Richmond did a great job with the All A when they had it. And plenty of lodging and dining for guest.

Its not completely centrally located ( have to go to Marion County for that) but it's close enough to the center to work.

EKU would work for me, although I would request a parking spot right next to the Media entrance like I got at the Frankfort Convention Center. That 10 second walk from my car to the entrance was SWEET!

And with the work you do providing updates, i don't see that as an outlandish request.

Neither do I.

LB does a fantastic job with the updates. And it also gives him the opportunity to talk with me once a year.:D

Owensboro or Richmond are fine I guess. I just don't like how far off the floor you sit at EKU's arena.

Is there any timeline on when the All A will announce where they've decided to host. I saw Frankfort was scheduled for demolition in February at the earliest. Any chance they keep it in Frankfort one more year or is that definitely out?

I think Alltech arena at the KY Horse Park would be a great choice. KHSAA cheerleading and cross country have already had state championship events there. Also, with the All A looking for a corporate sponsor I wonder if Alltech would come on board. However, I'm not sure if they have a floor for a basketball event.

It will not be in Frankfort. No activities in the civic center after September 23, 2017.

I vote for the Fieldhouse in Mason County! Could play the girls tourney at the downtown girls gym...Might need a shuttle service for parking there.

They could have it all at the Fieldhouse especially with school fans leaving they play. Not many fans go and stay for the entire tournament. I am ready.
